Their carefully constructed image can only be effectively maintained by being in control of all the  essentials. (Clothes, hair, make-up, background)

All manipulated to keep their True Self hidden and to propagate the image of their false self.

My birth announcement said, "David has a sister!" 

It was never about me.

I was said to have been named after my deceased Paternal Grandmother. In the religion I was born into, they name after the dead not the living. 

It was never about me.

My 2nd cousin on my father's side already had our Paternal Grandmother's full name. I was given her first initial.

My mother's much hated sister had a son 5 years my senior. His name was "Kary" My birth name was "Karyn"


It was never about me.


I was erased before I was born.

Call Me Crazy! (Narcissistic Smear Campaigns and Gaslighting)

They often call you, "Crazy." 

Narcissists seem passionate about undermining your 
credibility with their smear campaigns. Their Gaslighting makes you question your own sanity as it is strategically done in the context of loving kindness. 

In actuality, it's all sinister abuse. They make you believe you are crazy, while getting flying monkeys and authorities (abusers by proxy) to believe it as well. Enabling them with ease to pull the strings of your life like the toxic puppeteers that they are.
